Salon Policies
Payment, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
All deposits and retainers are collected to secure your appointment time and are applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or in the event of a no-show.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be eligible for a transfer of the deposit to a future appointment, subject to salon approval.
If a refund is approved, any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers, including Klarna, Afterpay, credit card processors, or similar payment services, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service modified, shortened, or rescheduled depending on stylist availability. Full service charges may still apply.
Pricing Policy
All prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, density, product usage, time required, and service complexity. Final pricing will be confirmed during consultation and may differ from initial estimates.
Service Satisfaction & Adjustment Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, you must notify your stylist before leaving the salon whenever possible so we have the opportunity to address your concerns.
If a concern arises after your appointment, you must contact the salon within 7 days of your service. Any adjustments are offered at the sole discretion of Styleez Hair Salon and must be approved by salon management. Requests made after 7 days may not be eligible for review or adjustment. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
Health, Allergy & Hair History Disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing any known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, previous color treatments, chemical services, relaxers, keratin treatments, extensions, or any other information that may affect the outcome of their service.
Failure to disclose relevant information may impact service results and could increase the risk of adverse reactions. Styleez Hair Salon and its stylists are not liable for reactions, damage, unsatisfactory results, or service limitations resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.
Chemical Service Disclaimer
Results from hair color, lightening, color corrections, perms, relaxers, and other chemical services cannot be guaranteed. Previous hair history, at-home color, medications, water quality, and overall hair condition may affect the final result. Additional services or appointments may be required to achieve desired results.
Right to Refuse Service
Styleez Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client displaying inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior. Services may also be declined if the requested service would compromise the integrity or health of the client's hair.
Photography & Marketing Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing before your appointment, Styleez Hair Salon may photograph or video completed services for use on social media, marketing materials, educational content, and the salon website.
Privacy Policy
Client information is collected solely for appointment scheduling, service records, communication, and payment processing. We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments, manage appointments, or comply with legal requirements.
